Privacy Rights Request

Ask us to access, correct or delete personal data we hold about you.

Last updated August 1, 2026

Plain language summary

Because we don't run user accounts or a server-side database, the only personal data we're likely to hold about you is an email exchange you initiated — for example, a correction you submitted or an introduction you requested. Use the form below to ask us to show you what we have, correct it, or delete it. This document is a template provided for transparency; it is not legal advice, and we recommend the site operator have it reviewed by counsel before relying on it.

1. What this covers

This page lets you exercise privacy rights available under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA), the EU and UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and as a matter of general practice for all visitors regardless of location. See our Privacy Policy for the full description of what we collect.

2. Rights you can exercise

  • Right to know / access — ask what personal data we hold about you.
  • Right to correction — ask us to fix inaccurate information.
  • Right to deletion — ask us to delete personal data, such as an old email thread.
  • Right to opt out of sale or sharing — not applicable in practice, since we do not sell or share personal information.
  • Right to portability — ask for a copy of information you provided, in a usable format.
  • Right to object / restrict — object to a specific use of your data, including analytics processing based on consent.

3. How we verify a request

Because we don't maintain accounts, we verify requests by confirming that the email address you use to submit the request matches the email address associated with the data in question — for example, the address you used when you emailed a correction. For unusual or high-sensitivity requests we may ask a brief follow-up question before acting. We will not ask for more identifying information than is reasonably necessary to verify you.

4. Response time

We aim to acknowledge privacy requests within 5 business days and to complete them within 30 days, consistent with CCPA and GDPR response windows. If a request is complex, we will let you know and provide a revised timeline.

5. Authorized agents

If you'd like someone else to submit a request on your behalf, note that in your message along with your own confirmation that you've authorized them, so we can verify the request appropriately.
