How quickly do you respond to messages?
This is a small independent editorial project, so replies usually come within a couple of business days. Correction requests are prioritized over general questions, and introduction requests are passed to the relevant partner the same week.

Do you sell homes or represent buyers directly?
No. Discover Dilworth is an editorial guide, not a brokerage, and we publish no individual listings. When you need representation we make an introduction to Peters & Associates, the real estate partner that sponsors this site, and you are free to work with anyone you choose.

Does requesting an introduction cost anything?
